PP Stationery Decoration/Print Sheet Extrusion Line
PP micro foam sheet extrusion machine adopts T-type die head and three roller calendars technology to produce high smoothly and highly flat micro foam sheets. It is foamed by add some foaming additives, also called chemical foamed.
This kind of foam sheets are widely used in the field of stationery, handbags, luggage, cosmetics, commodity, plastic containers for medicine, food, drink, alcohol, pesticides, engine oil, chemical industry and glass bottles sealing/gaskets etc.
This kind of sheets are widely used for file bags, file folder, clear bag, hand-bag, printing sheet etc, the surface can be designed different type such as mirror surface,mat surface, sand surface, inclined strips, double colors etc.

DELIVERY, PAYMENT AND OTHERS SERVICES 1. delivery time: 80 days after receiving the deposit
2. payment terms:30% for the prepayment by T/T and 70% for the downpayment by T/T before delivery or irrevocable L/C at sight can be available, too.
3. Guaranteed time: 18 months for the machenical parts and 12 months for the electrical parts.
4. Service: we will send engineers to customers' factory to help them install, test the machine.
